Acerola: a vitamin C intake of natural origin
Acerola C-Max contains, as its name suggests, the maximum vitamin C recommended daily that is allowed in food supplements: one tablet contains 720mg of natural vitamin C.
The addition of natural flavors (cherry and blackcurrant) gives tablets ACEROLA C-MAX palatable.
Properties
Vitamin C is involved in many reactions in the body:
- She is involved in collagen formation for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth but also to the skin.
- It contributes to energy metabolism and helping to reduce fatigue.
- It participates in the functioning of the nervous system.
- It is involved in the immune system.
- It helps protect cells against oxidative stress. In addition, it operates in the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E.
- It increases the absorption of iron.
Use
Take 1/4 tablet per day.
Composition
For 1/4 tablet (recommended daily intake): 250 mg dry extract of acerola (Malpighia punicifolia L.) containing 100mg of vitamin C (125% RDI), 80mg of natural vitamin C (sodium L-ascorbate, 100 % RDA), hesperidin 6,4mg of lemon (Citrus limon Burm.), 6,4mg Sophora japonica of rutin (L.). Bulking agent: sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose, guar gum. Aroma: natural flavor of cherry and blackcurrant natural flavor. Anticaking: magnesium stearate, colloidal silica. Natural Sweetener: thaumatin.
